We’re currently investigating reports of potential slowness with Meta Workspace, which is causing some users to be unable to publish campaigns due to delays in completing the process.

We were able to identify the root cause and have since confirmed that all Meta Catalog processing were back to normal from 14:00 CET 10/05/2026. Please reach out to Support Chat if you have any questions or require any help.

Investigating -
We are currently investigating an issue affecting the creation and editing of ads in Meta, where the error message “Creative should not include standard enhancements” is being returned.
Our team is working directly with Meta to identify the root cause. In the meantime, all active ads are expected to continue delivering normally.
