Update - A subset of TikTok feed uploads are still intermittently failing with the error: “No products were added because your data feed file couldn't be accessed.” We’re continuing to work with TikTok to mitigate the issue and will share another update once it’s fully resolved.

Maintenance - Temporary safeguard when deleting Video templates
Investigating - Currently, we are resolving an issue with video template stats that are triggered when deleting a video template from the asset library. This prevents us from automatically confirming template usage before deletion, and therefore, we have added a confirmation prompt before deleting video templates. Please ensure video templates are not being used in campaign before confirming during deletion.

Identified - We’re currently experiencing degraded performance with Smartly reporting, causing some users to encounter export failures or internal server errors. Our team is working to restore the service to normal performance levels.
Your active ads should continue to deliver as usual. In the meantime, please avoid exporting reports until further notice.
