Important: Action Required for EU Political Advertising on Google
Resolved - Google has introduced restrictions on creating or editing ads that do not include an EU Political Advertising Declaration. [Learn more → Google Support: EU Election Ads https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/6014595]

To ensure there is no disruption to your advertising, Smartly has defaulted all of your existing ads to “not containing EU Political Advertising.”

If you are running any ads that do contain political advertising, please contact us within the next two weeks so we can help you stay compliant.

TikTok is currently experiencing an issue where image and video templates are not working at all for Travel Ads
Resolved - We have received confirmation that TikTok that they've implemented a fix and Travel ads should now work with Smartly Image and Video templates.

Update - We’re currently experiencing an issue where image and video templates for TikTok Travel Ads are not working as expected. The issue originates on TikTok’s side, and their engineering team is actively working on a fix.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.

Resolved issue on Creative Standard Enhancements Deprecation Issue - prevents ads from running.
Resolved - We’re following up to let you know that the affected Meta ads are now running normally, as Meta has fixed the issue.

Monitoring - Meta has pushed through a urgent fix that should help in automatically fixing existing Ads with Standard Enhancement Fields being used. Please contact Smartly Support if you still see errors related to Standard Enhancements.

Investigating - We have escalated a high-priority ticket to Meta regarding the Creative Standard Enhancements Deprecation issue, which is causing some ads to be paused and stop delivering for a subset of users. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
Workaround: This only affects some existing ads. Newly created or recreated ads has been observed to bypass this issue.
