Smartly internal database migration was causing Smartly TikTok Workspaces to have degraded reviewing and publishing tasks. This happened on the 12th of November 2025 between 4pm CET and resolved on 6pm CET. The impact to Smartly users included not being able to access campaign Review stage in order to publish campaigns.

Moreover, automated blueprints were not processed during that time meaning campaigns with automated feed updates didn't go through for campaigns/ad sets/ads.

After the incident all automated blueprints have been processed as normal and Review stage functionality was restored.
