TikTok is still working on addressing the issue with interactive add-ons. We will provide updates here once we have a confirmed resolution or our partners from TikTok provides us an estimated time for the fix.

Identified

TikTok has an issue with interactive add-ons. Smartly users setting up those optional interactive add-ons via Smartly will see errors in Campaign Workspaces. Ads without add-ons continue to work without issues. We've escalated this to our TikTok partnership and waiting to hear back about a timely resolution.
